Welcome to CoworkRestore. These terms set out the rules for using the website at https://coworkrestore.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Ongoing Things UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). “You” means the person visiting the Site.

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site. Your use of the CoworkRestore desktop application is governed by the separate End User License Agreement, not this page.

The Site uses a small number of cookies to remember your preferences and measure aggregate traffic. See our Privacy Policy for the details. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to cookies being set in line with that policy.

The Company and its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the content on the Site - text, images, illustrations, code, brand marks, and the layout itself. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless we’ve given you written permission, you may not:

• Republish content from the Site on another website or platform.
• Sell, rent, or sub-licence content from the Site.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site.
• Redistribute content from the Site.

Search engines, news organisations, and accredited businesses may link to public pages on the Site without prior approval, provided that the link is not deceptive and does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with CoworkRestore or Ongoing Things UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Other organisations may link to the Site after asking us at info@ongoingthings.com. Approved links may use the CoworkRestore name or a plain-text description. Using the CoworkRestore or Ongoing Things logo or other brand artwork to link requires a separate written trademark licence.

Without prior written permission, you may not embed the Site inside frames or other containers that alter the way it appears.

We reserve the right to ask you to remove any link to the Site, and to amend these terms at any time. By continuing to use the Site after a change is published, you agree to the updated terms.

If you find something on the Site that you believe is incorrect or objectionable, please let us know at info@ongoingthings.com. We’ll review the request, but we are not obliged to remove links or content on demand.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Site and the use of the Site. Nothing in these terms will limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be brought before the competent courts in Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
